Serenity, it looks like this:
No I have nothing else to say today except admire Bonesaw the Bonsai’s beauty and stuff.

Nah its that I am often gone and I don’t want it to die. Also I already miss Bonesaw. He is my friend!
Ah. Leave it to Ed to find a shortcut to one of the world’s great contemplative practices.
Good thing tropical jade is hardy as hell. Thing can go without water for weeks and regrows really damn fast. I’ve already seen backbudding from Sunday’s pruning.
And go to hell Grift. Turdmunch.
Aside from the obvious fallacy of calling Ed a liberal, seems to me that tending bansai is a quintessentially conservative (in the classical sense of the word) hobby. Every single action taken towards the tree must be carefully considered, be it one clip of the pruning shears or the amount of water, and it requires superhuman patience while waiting for the tree to grow towards a vision that may take decades or more to achieve.
Ain’t I a stinker?
HA. +10
Though you should take out “liberal” and add something else, like.. “city dweller”
Oh no.. Grift didn’t call Ed a Liberal.. hahahaha
Only a liberal would take a crooked stick, bury it in a pot and call it a tree
Nope. Good old USA! For a few more days at least.
Domo arigato!
PS: Bonesaw looks so much better full size.
I take it this means you’re in Japan. Hashi masta.
