Oh, House Republicans. You actually had a great idea – to publicly post committee attendance. But now that you’re in charge? You’re all, “Oh no, we can’t actually let people know that we’re lazy fucks who aren’t actually doing anything.” Way to lose Independents in your very first week.

You know, it looks sad that you have to come over to this blog to promote your own blog. Not that there’s anything wrong with your blog, but you don’t see many bloggers constantly promoting themselves on BfD or Peach Pundit… well, besides Andre… and I’m fairly sure you don’t want to be the second coming of the anti-ch… I mean, Andre.
If you wished to promote your article to the writers on this site in hopes that they also promote it, possibly sending a weekly digest e-mail with short summaries of what you’re writing about this week to some of the bloggers here may help with that. (Notice I said weekly digest, not daily harassment.)

Is this an open thread. We need one for the weekend.
Y’all really need to take a look at the 2010 Georgia Tax Reform Council proposal. I did a write up here: http://gapolitico.com/?p=16655
It makes Georgia taxes even more regressive. It lowers income tax and increase sales tax, even on food. It adds taxes to even more services, such as car repair. It adds taxes to communication. We have to get the word out.

Oh the irony-it burns so.
I want my country back is my new motto.
The last two days have been so entertaining, that I can’t wait to see what comes next. I on the edge of the f-ing seat every day which each new revelation.
Today I watched Ben Bernanke give testimony and I swear the look on half the committees face was “WTF is he talking about? I got elected to listen to this? ” It was beyond priceless.
