Thursday Open Thread

Cobb County Democrats hold their annual JJ Fundraiser this saturday… please consider attending and supporting the work of the Cobb Dems. Details here.

He may not have a certificate of live birth, but yes the President has a computer, and an Ipad.

It seems it’s “Opening Day” in ball parks around the nation. I don’t know what this means, but I saw it on Twitter.

Speaking of Twitter.. that Bronx Zoo Cobra has over 150,000 followers. People are silly, but I’m one of them.

{UPDATE} The Cobra has been found inside the reptile house this afternoon. She’s safe and sound. Of course we assume it’s her and not an impostor.

    So I see out new DPG Treas. has gotten accepted to the Kennedy School.. now unless they have a remote campus here in GA, it certainly doesn’t do us much good to have him in Boston.

    Congrats, it’s very prestigious, but not tremendously helpful for us trying to rebuild the party here.

    I have been waiting for the Rikki-Tikki-Tavi twitter account. Oh yea. They found the snake today. Alive and well. The snake account was great while it lasted. It says something about social media that in a few days @BronxZoosCobra gained a larger social media audience than every newspaper in Texas.
